We at OOU have a 7-day exchange policy. This means you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. Please note that we do not offer returns; we only provide exchanges under specific conditions.
Please note that products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All sale item purchases are final.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are only allowed for:
- Size adjustments.
- Items with damages in prints or fabric.
- Only 1 Exchange allowed as per policy.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@ooustore.com. or click on this link Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt and immediately report any defects, damages, or incorrect items to our support team. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Gift cards are non-refundable to a bank account.
- COD charges are non-refundable.
- Issues related to quality or quantity must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our address.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
